Before you book your treatment, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the following details:

• Voucher Validity: Your voucher is good for 6 months from the date of purchase, giving you plenty of time to enjoy a relaxing session.

• Service Area & Call-Out Fee: Please ensure we cover your area before you purchase. A minimum call-out fee of £25 applies, with additional charges based on your location.

• Treatments & Availability: Our vouchers can be used for any treatment we offer, subject to availability. Please note that some premium treatments may incur an extra charge.

• Flexibility for Appointments: You can spread your voucher over multiple appointments, but please remember that it is non-transferable and intended for your personal use only.

• Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your voucher. For more details, please refer to the cancellation policy on the website.

• Refunds: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
